These SMS Terms govern the text messaging program offered by Dedicated CPA. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Dedicated CPA related to our services — for example, appointment and deadline reminders, document requests, account and filing status updates, billing reminders, and customer-service replies.
How You Opt In
You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms (such as our contact form or quote tool), by providing your number during onboarding, or through a signed engagement agreement. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you use.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Dedicated CPA does not charge for text messages.
Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive texts. To rejoin, opt in again.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
