Client Manager
Guide new clients from their first conversation with the firm through onboarding, then own the relationship with an assigned group of clients — households and their businesses — keeping their tax, bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, and state-filing work moving, with a Client Relations Coordinator working alongside you.

What you'll do
- Follow up on new leads assigned to you and hold the first consultation.
- Learn each client's household and businesses, and which services they need — bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, tax returns, or business formation.
- Prepare quotes and take them through internal approval before they go to the client.
- Onboard new clients once they sign, and hand them to our tax, bookkeeping, and formation teams.
- Be the main point of contact for your clients and know where every piece of their work stands.
- Keep each client's tax returns moving through the season — documents, reviews, extensions, and filing.
- Stay ahead of state filings for your clients' businesses — annual reports, amendments, and dissolutions.
- Handle IRS and state notices: reassure the client, log the notice on their account, and route it to our tax team.
- Explain quotes and invoices in plain language, and route billing changes to the right person.
- Work with your Client Relations Coordinator on scheduling, document collection, and follow-ups, and keep clear notes after every conversation.
What you bring
- Experience managing client relationships in a client-facing or professional-services role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong organization and follow-through across many clients and deadlines.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and a CRM — Salesforce experience a plus.
- Able to work on-site Monday–Friday in Sunrise, FL.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Hebrew or Spanish a plus.
- Experience at a CPA, accounting, tax, or bookkeeping firm.
- Familiarity with small-business accounting, tax deadlines, payroll, or state business filings.
