When is my annual report due?

It depends on the state. Florida annual reports, for example, are due between January 1 and May 1 each year. We track your dates and file before the deadline.

What happens if I miss an annual report?

States can charge a late fee and may administratively dissolve the company. We can help reinstate a company that has lapsed.

Can you file in states other than Florida?

Yes. We file with the Secretary of State in every state.

How do I close my business properly?

Closing usually means filing articles of dissolution, final tax returns and closing payroll and sales tax accounts. We handle these together so nothing is left open.

What does it cost?

Pricing is flat and agreed before any work starts. After a short call about what you need, we send a written quote with the scope spelled out, so there are no surprise bills. State filing fees are separate and set by each state.
